The Performing Program

We live in a digital world, where children forego playing outside in favor of spending long hours in front of screens. It is thus extremely important that a healthy and active lifestyle be ingrained from a young age to reduce exposure to a sedentary lifestyle.

We at the Bianka Panova Academy are proud to offer our ‘Performing Program,’ which combines the following six activities:

  • Rhythmic Gymnastics (stretching, apparatus-based coordination and musicality)
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Dance
  • Acting and Drama

Program Details

This proprietary program is led by a highly-qualified team of coaches, trained by none other than Bianka Panova– an Olympian and 9-time World Champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics.

This well-rounded program aims to improve overall strength and body composition, fundamental movement skills, psychomotor skills, body and spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, balance, aerobic fitness and cognitive function in children.

Dancing enables children to give meaning to motion. They can better learn the implications of body language and develop their non-verbal communication skills, while also picking up on a fun social activity.

Acting and Drama Imaginative plays are important for children to understand and express what they hear or read in a relaxed environment.

We firmly believe it is important to offer youths an array of different activities, in order to create well-rounded young individuals who perform well athletically, academically and personally.

Research has also shown that a balanced sports and artistic development program can not only improve a child’s self-confidence in sporting activities, but also aid their schooling endeavors and social life.
