Double-Victory for Bianka Panova Academy at the 2018 Singapore Gymnastics Annual Awards

Singapore’s premiere rhythmic gymnastics academy, Bianka Panova Sport and Art Academy (BPSAA), scored a double-victory at the 2018 Singapore Gymnastics Annual Awards held at the NUS Guild House Kent Ridge on 27th January.

The Academy’s Co-Founder, Creative Director, and Head Coach Ms. Bianka Panova has won the Coach of the Year (Rhythmic Gymnastics High Performance) Award while her student 11-year old Pan Annan, took home the National Athlete Award (Rhythmic Gymnastics).

“In our Academy, we keep in our hearts — among others — this one goal: To enable the dreams of our students. These awards and medals are the manifestations of this goal. By helping these girls' dreams come true, they also make our dreams come true. Nothing is more heartfelt than knowing that all of us are working together to achieve each other's dreams,” shares Ms. Panova after receiving the award.

“Annan has been training since she was 7 years old and she works hard to be a qualified rhythmic gymnastics athlete. She still has a long way to go. We feel lucky that we have her as our daughter,” says her mother Angela Wu.

Miss Pan participated in last year’s National Championships and won all- around 2nd place. She also won 1st place in the all-around Open Singapore Championship and 3rd all-around in the China Zhou Ling Cup.

About Bianka Panova Academy (BPSAA): The Bianka Panova Sport and Art Academy was founded in 2015 in Singapore with a mission of providing the young upcoming talents with the highest levels of artistic and professional gymnastics training.
