Bianka Panova Academy is expanding and we are looking to identify motivated and enthusiastic staff to join our dedicated team in Singapore.

OUR CURRENT AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

  • 1. Rhythmic Gymnastics Assistant Coach
    • Job Requirements:
      • Minimum 1 year experience in teaching Rhythmic Gymnastics for Recreational and/or Competitive groups
      • Educational background in Rhythmic Gymnastics would be a distinct advantage
    • Main responsibilities:
      • Assist Head -Coach in delivering classes whilst ensuring the safety of the children
      • Assist students with warm ups or routines
      • Maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
  • 2. Rhythmic Gymnastic Coach
    • Main Responsibilities:
      • Assist gymnasts with comprehensive warm ups and stretching
      • Choreograph and practice gymnasts’ routines including music selection
      • Provide technical coaching of gymnasts for national and international competitions including physical and mental preparation.
      • Prepare gymnasts reports and assessments to monitor gymnasts’ progress and assess suitability in moving to a higher level.
      • Ensure the safety of the gymnasts by following the Academy policies and health and safety procedures.
      • Maintain positive relationships and a solution-based approach with staff, gymnasts, and parents.
    • Job Requirements:
      • Minimum 3 year experience in teaching Rhythmic Gymnastics for Competitive groups.
      • Diploma or Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent is required. (Educational background in Rhythmic Gymnastics would be a distinct advantage).
      • Excellent coaching, interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Possess the ability to communicate in fluent English language.
