CLASSICAL BALLET (Adults)
This class is for anybody who wants to discover the beauty of classical ballet.
It is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of this fabulous art. The class is one hour long and includes: light bar exercise, stretching, middle dance with adagio and basic steps and techniques.
Almost every woman on the planet wants the physique of a Ballet dancer. Ballet is as difficult as any other physical activity. It takes plenty of training, constant exercises and lots of stretching and dancing. By attending our classes, you can reduce stress in a fun way and gain muscular strength, a lean body figure, and other health benefits.
